I currently have one of my six barn conversions available to let, on my 65 acre equestrian farm. It has one gallery double bedroom with a shower room behind, which is reached by a cast iron spiral staircase from the sitting room. The sitting room has a kitchen area to the rear, fitted with a cooker, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is parking area, but no garden. The farm is situated in wonderful Warwickshire countryside, approximately 5 miles north of Warwick, between Shrewley, Wroxall and Honiley, just off the A4177. Some of my tenants have lived here with their horses for several years now, so it creates quite a 'stable' environment. Some are eventers, some dressage competitors and some are happy hackers, as the riding out is excellent. There maybe livery available onsite. We have a floodlight all weather arena and have recently installed an equine hydrotherapy spa and 20 optional cross country training fences.

Although we are down a quiet country lane there is easy motorway access from M40, M42, M6, M69, M1 and we are only 15 minutes from Birmingham International Airport and Train Station. Birmingham is 40 minutes by car and London approximately one hour 40 mins down the M40.There are several excellent local country hostelries, with one real ale pub at the end of the lane. There are new shopping arcades in Solihull and Leamington Spa.
