Yard wanted for Rehabilitation/Full Livery business...

We are genuine, knowledgable and qualified people- Not time wasters!
Appearances not important as willing to carry out cosmetic & minor repairs (although no major building work). MUST be within the Essex/Herts area.
Our MINIMUM requirements are as follows-
10 stables, paddocks (minimum 10 acres), outdoor menege, other basics (hay straw & feed storage, tack room, water & electricity supply!!). MUST have accommodation (size/condition not too important. One bedroom mobile home or flat with electricity & water would be sufficient).
Would be willing to make compromises for a yard in the desired area, but any EXTRA to the above mentioned (more stables, acres, barns & facilities) would be a major bonus!!
