Description:

I'm looking to rent a secure, out-of-town equestrian property with 10 stables, barn, tack room, hard standing etc and about 20 acres well-draining post & rail land with water. Access to varied hacking/gallops would be welcome

Property should have one or two residential houses/cottages for small family + brother. I'm more interested in the land than the houses (Would take doer-upper).

I am also interested in farm machinery which might be available - tractor, harrow, tipping trailer etc. so this might appeal to someone retiring/giving up.
