and modern outbuildings 4/5 bedroom.  Property would be required on long lease after initial 6 month tenancy, preferably with option to buy,

upto £700K.  Any size land considered, would consider renovation and modernisation if there was an option to buy the property.  

Would also like to rent extra land if available.
