Looking to purchase building or buildings to use for private historic vehicle

storage and minor hobby workshop use.

- ideally in Surrey, East or West Sussex, Kent or Essex

- budget of around £70,000 (cash waiting) with the potential for a bit more if the place is right. 

Alternatively budget of around £270,000 if house/accommodation available.

- absolute minimum requirement is a footprint of 20’ x 40’ and a clearance of 10’, however the building or buildings would ideally be considerably larger than this

- do not require any associated land, just the building.

Alternatively, if the price was right, I would be interested in a plot of land on which I could erect a building.
