Description: We are looking for an equestrian property/ farm/smallholding property to run as a stud with some liverys.

We currently have 10 horses/ponies (which include 1 stallion, brood mares, yearlings, and a 39 year old pony)

We will need approx 8+ stables with adequate turnout(12+ acres).

A menage would be desirable if possible and Storage for Hay, feed and bedding, plus a tack room.

Ideally the property will have some form of accommodation(2/3 bed), although we can be flexible on this(Mobile home)

Condition not important as long as accommodation & outbuildings are available.

Happy and capable of doing any kind of work to the land & property -fencing, repairs, field maintenance etc.

We are open to any ideas / suggestions so please contact me if you have a property that might be suitable.(Most areas of the UK considered)
