We are looking for an equestrian property/ farm/smallholding to run as a professional Equestrian Business.

We will need approx 20+ stables with adequate turnout, ménage, storage for hay, feed and bedding, plus a tack room would be desirable Ideally the property would have some form of accommodation form 1 bed - 5 bed considered, although we can be flexible on this for the right equestrian facilities.

Condition not important as long as accommodation & outbuildings are available I am willing to undertake a degree of repairs and renovation.

Happy and capable of doing any kind of work to the land & property -fencing, repairs, field maintenance etc.
