FarmProperty.net is a trading style of Farm and Country Ltd.
FarmProperty.net was created in 2000 to provide a service which matched the needs of individuals and businesses with an interest in farm, equestrian and country property.
The main criteria which had to be met when creating the service were:
Simplicity. The web site had to be quick to load, easy to navigate and not use gimmicks or flash technology.
Focus. We did not want to be all things to all people. We identified our market and did not want to be distracted from meeting the needs of that market.
Low cost. We wanted to keep our costs below that of others such that we were seen as the best people to deliver value for money. We also wanted the business to be sustainable, our users need to know that we still be around in future.
Honesty. We wanted to be seen to be an organisation with which people are happy to do business. We do all we can to ensure that people are satisfied with the way we conduct ourselves and expect users of our services to act in a similar manner.
