MISREPRESENTATION ACT 1967

Longhay Ltd for themselves  give notice that:

1.    No person in the employment of Longhay Ltd has authority to make or give any representation or warranty in relation to any property.

2.    The descriptive particulars do not constitute any part of any offer or Contract and all statements made herein are made without responsibility on the part of Longhay Ltd.

3.    All descriptions, dimensions, areas, reference to condition or location and necessary permissions for use and occupation and other details are made in good faith and are believed to be correct. However any intending purchasers should not rely on them as statements or representations of fact and must satisfy themselves by inspection or otherwise.

4.    All adverts are accepted in good faith but we are unable to verify the accuracy of any submission

5.    No responsibility can be accepted by the Vendors or Longhay Ltd for any expense however incurred in investigating or inspecting any property.
